What’s on, things to do & accommodation in Ceduna

Overnight is Never Enough!

Ceduna is a coastal town on the beautiful Eyre Peninsula. A popular stop when travelling between South Australia and Western Australia, which is a journey that includes the world-famous Nullarbor Plain and The Great Australian Bight.
The region is known as The Oyster Capital of Australia and hosts an annual oyster festival celebrating the famous quality of the local oysters.

This area also enjoys seasonal Blue Swimmer Crabs and is further known as The Home of The King George Whiting. Yet there is plenty more ‘fish in the sea’ in this paradise of plenty, with conquests such as Bluefin Tuna and Mulloway, just to name a couple from a long list of fishing favorites.

A travellers paradise; from the adventurer looking for surfing and fishing action, to the holidayer seeking the slow pace and space, this area delivers!
Enjoy stunningly beautiful sunsets over pristine bays, and rugged, ancient landscape. It’s a footprint free beach just waiting to be explored, and an expansive clear sky just waiting to be gazed at for hours.

So be sure to stay a few days!

Our first whale watching flight from Ceduna yesterday resulted in passengers seeing 40-50 whales in the Great Australian Bight Marine Park. The highlights were a white whale, and an adult breaching as we flew by. The backdrop of the Bunda Cliffs and South Australia's Far West coastline is always spectacular.
The next flight is Sunday, 2 August, where there are just two seats left.
We still have availability for Wednesday, 5 August, and Sunday, 9 August.
